5. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger

Flow Agentiq lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account, Instagram professional account, and Facebook Page to their AI chatbot so it can send and receive messages on those platforms on the business's behalf. When a business connects one of these channels through Meta's login flow, we access only the permissions needed to operate that channel:

  • WhatsApp: phone number and WhatsApp Business Account details, and the messages exchanged between the business's chatbot and its customers, so we can deliver and receive messages and message templates on the business's behalf.
  • Instagram: the connected professional account's basic profile information, direct messages, and comments on the business's own posts, so the chatbot can reply to messages and comments.
  • Facebook Messenger: the connected Page's basic information and Page conversations, so the chatbot can reply to messages sent to that Page.

We use this data solely to operate the messaging features the connecting business enables — we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to send and receive messages for the connected business's own chatbot.

A business can disconnect any of these channels at any time from its dashboard, which deletes the stored access token and channel data for that connection. If a person removes Flow Agentiq's access from their Facebook or Instagram account settings, or submits a formal data deletion request, we automatically delete the corresponding stored integration data. To request deletion directly, email privacy@flowagentiq.com.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Secure data centers with physical security measures
  • Employee training on data protection and security

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
