1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flow Agentiq ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flow Agentiq provides AI-powered chatbot solutions that enable businesses to:

  • Automate customer support and engagement
  • Capture and qualify leads
  • Integrate conversational AI into their websites
  • Train chatbots on custom knowledge bases
  • Access analytics and conversation insights

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

4.2 Billing: Subscription fees are charged immediately upon checkout. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month and yearly plans renew on the same calendar day each year unless renewal is cancelled before the next billing date.

4.3 Free Access: We may offer a free plan or other limited access tiers from time to time. Paid plans are billed immediately at checkout unless we explicitly advertise a separate promotional offer.

4.4 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods.

4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation: You may turn off renewal from the billing settings or provider billing portal made available through your account. If self-serve billing is not configured for your account, support can assist. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

5.2 Refund Policy: Cancellation does not create an automatic refund, prorated refund, or service credit for unused time or unused quota. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for the limited cases where a refund may be reviewed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP: The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Flow Agentiq and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Agentiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flow Agentiq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
