General Refund Policy

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. Cancelling a subscription turns off future renewal only and does not create an automatic refund, partial refund, or prorated credit for unused time, unused quota, or partially consumed service.

Limited Exceptions

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, accidental double billing, or cases where a refund is required by applicable law. Any approved refund is handled manually by our team.

If a Refund Is Approved

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Once a refund is issued, your access to the service will be terminated

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your access remains active until the end of the current monthly or yearly billing period you already paid for.
